Greater Than

And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: - Genesis 12:2 This blessing is to Abraham and his seed. But, in Galatians 3:13-14, it says, Christ had redeemed us from the curse of the law, and have connected us(spiritual Jews) through faith, to the blessing of Abraham. Romans 4:16, Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, Today, we see the physical Jews (Abraham descendants) commanding exploits in their respective fields. Everyone that see them acknowledge them as the seed that God has blessed, because of His covenant with Abraham. Thereby, giving Him the glory. Jesus speaking in Matthew 11:11 said, Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstand...

The Effect Of the Word

And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. [30] But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. - Matthew 14:29-30. Putting our eyes and ears on the Word of God is the only surety of overcoming life storms. When Jesus asked Peter to come, as long as Peter's eyes were fixed on Him(the word), he walked over life troubles(water). But, as soon as he was distracted and turn to the overwhelming troubles of life(boisterous wind) he began to sink. Do not take your eyes away from the word. Situations will put pressure on you, to draw you away from the word. If you adhere, you will sink. Mark 4:17 put it this way, ...persecution ariseth for the word's sake,... Why? I other for you to sink. Hold on to the word(Jesus), he's the only way of escape in this life. Be blessed! Enahoro Airononi

Why Do The Heathen Rage?

When a sentence against a crime isn’t carried out quickly, people are encouraged to commit crimes. Ecclesiastes 8:11 GW With all the attacks against God and His anointed, from individuals both high and low, organizations, nations etc. (Ps. 2:1-5). In 2 Peter 3:9 says   The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. See, Romans 1:18-32. If you have been among those speaking or reacting against God and His anointed, please change; the existence of fake, validates that there is genuine. ...the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Acts 17:30 Turn today, God desires the best for us. The depth, height, width, length of His love for us is in the Holy Bible, it's not beyond our capacity to understand, if we put our heart to it. Shalom! Enahoro Airononi

Return to Him

"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." - 2 Chronicles 7:14 Many are running from God because they believe that they have sinned away their chance of ever getting right with God. All through the old-testament, we see people and nations with untold sins, yet when they repented genuinely, God forgave them. Some examples: 1. King Ahab. 1 Kings 21:25-29. 2. Nation, Nineveh. Jonah 3:4-8, 4:1-2. 3. Kings David (the man after God’s heart). 2 Samuel 12:9-13. These repented and forgave them. The reason many wouldn't ask for forgiveness is (1) Pride: this is from they devil, (1 John 2:16). (2) Condemnation: many condemn themselves, that they totally forgot about the goodness of God, (2 Corinthians 5:17). God knows when we genuinely repent, so we can't lie about it. He did not call you because ...

Declare God's Word On The Situation.

"The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord God hath spoken, who can but prophesy?" - Amos 3:8 The word of God is the Holy Bible inprint and Jesus Christ in person (John 1:1-5;14). As a believer, irrespective of your colour, tribe and nation, we see decadence all around, but we are not to go around declaring what we see, but what God's word say about the situation. In Genesis 1:2-3 it says "And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light." 2 Corinthians 5:20 call us Ambassadors. If you are an Ambassador; you don't say what you want to, but what whomever you're representing ask you to say. When you see things out of place and there is a conviction within you that these things ought not to be this way, What do you do? Go to the word to enquire what to say concerning the unwanted situation, (mov...

By Strength Shall Non Prevail.

"And Jesus saith unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this day, even in this night, before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice." - Mark 14:30 The thing about Peter is, he was a strong willed personality. Jesus was trying to let him(us) know that your strong will is not enough in the Kingdom, you need grace. Between Mark 14:66-71, Peter had already denied Jesus Christ thrice, both cursing and swearing he never knew him. Verse 72, "... And when he thought thereon, he wept." he wept bitterly because he never thought he would fail so miserably. After this incident Peter didn't see himself fit for the ministry anymore. (Remember in Luke 22:31-32, Jesus prayed for Peter; it says "And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.") so he left, but that prayer preserved him. He wen...

Where's Your Treasure?

" For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. " - Matthew 6:21 Where is your treasure, in insurance/financial institutions, organizations etc. Or where? Jesus speaking said in Matthew 6:19-20 " Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: " There is no safety or guarantee in this world, not in financial institutions nor in conglomerates, they are only a holding place, not assurance. In Proverbs 19:17 it says " He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the Lord; and that which he hath given will he pay him again. " this is one medium of transferring your physical substance from physical to spiritual. If all you have is stored in banks and the likes; then, your hope and faith is on them. This gives reason why many comm...

Be A Fruitful Vessel

" And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. " - Matt. 3:9. God will always use men to fulfill His divine agenda on the earth. But, where a particular person appointed for a given task, refuses to purge himself, God will then use somebody else. In the kingdom of God nobody is indispensable, absolutely nobody! Although, "... the gifts and calling of God are without repentance." - Rom. 11:29. God said we should be perfect, because you can be perfect, if not, He wouldn't say "be perfect", if you as a person don't train/decipline yourself to fit for the task, you will definitely limit the flow of the anointing. "... when the ass saw the angel of the LORD, she fell down under Balaam: and Balaam's anger was kindled, and he smote the ass with a staff. And the LORD opened the mouth of the ass, and she said unto Balaam, What...

Acknowledging The Sent.

"And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands? Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him." - Mark 6:2-3. Why were they offended at him? He had no form nor comeliness; that he should be desired. Isaiah 53:2, they knew his growing up days, they knew his family and many other things as you can imagine. You see, there are people assigned by God as a deliverer, but for familiarity, people don't pay attention to the gift of God in and on these individuals. Rather, people are expecting; Angels, Jesus or God Himself to manifest before they can and will believe. Well, that is not going to happen. You are either sensitive in the spirit and...

Choose To Forgive

"And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors... For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:" Matt. 6:12;14. The Scripture admonish us to forgive not just debts, offenses, etc. In Isa. 43:25 God had to forgave us for His own sake, meaning each time we have unforgiveness in our heart, it limit the flow of the anointing which is the power of God at work in us. Many think they are perfect, but non is perfect and sinless before God, except by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ, which is by grace. 1 John 1:8 "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us." it does not matter the personality, not even Peter, James and John could claim righteousness without Jesus Christ and the blood. So we don't have examples to pattern after except Jesus Christ, He is the RIGHTEOUS (1John 2:1). We must be mindful, man will always want to make himself the pattern for others to follow after, like ...
