Light Bearer

If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
- 2 John 1:10-11.

What doctrine? The manifestation of Jesus Christ as the Son of God into the world, He is the Prince of Peace! Isaiah 9:6.
What this scripture is saying is, anyone that does not bring peace nor acknowledge peace, RECEIVE HIM NOT. Of course, nobody will come outright to declare war or trouble for acceptance purpose. The scripture is simply showing indicators to watch out for, study and observe their antics, even though they talk peace, underneath the tune they meant something else. You should be able to sense if it's genuine or false or fake as a believer. Example Matthew 7:15-20.

Meditating about the above scriptures, the Spirit of God ministered to me; saying, "when people rejoice over evil work, they are partaker of the evil deed, either saved or unsaved."
Many have tried to water down the gospel to suit the world standard, but NO! The gospel is the LIGHT BEARER, it will shine and reflect on us, for the world to see, repent and follow.

Also, there is this saying,
'when the ship on the water, is alright; water entering the ship is dangerous.' if it continue, it will definitely drown the ship.
Light and darkness cannot cohabit, one have to give way for the other. John 1:5 paraphrased - light shine in darkness, and darkness cannot handle it.

"... what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore COME OUT FROM AMONG THEM, and BE YE SEPARATE, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty." 2 Corinthians 6:16-18

Separate yourself from them, stop acknowledging and rejoicing about their evil deeds, else you will be taker of deeds!

Jesus is Lord!

SETTLED SOUL

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2 The state of one's mind [ soul ] determines his/her place in destiny. In life people are forced to bow to pair pressure or any other kind of pressure when they don't have a stable mind, or let's say the person have identity issue.  When Satan tempted Christ Jesus on His way from the wilderness after forty days prayer and fasting, what was the first question he asked Him? "if thou be the Son of God" if Jesus had had identity issue, he would have fallen for temptation in the view to show off, as a result lost His place and purpose. Knowing fully well that God had said, "... Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased." Lk. 3:22. Before embarking on the wilderness expenditure.  When you know who you are in the Word of God and are established in it; you wouldn't bow to the pressure of the world, because you see things differently....

BE RESOLUTE

For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. John 6:38 If you need to, you may; examine yourself and see, can the above statement be true of you or about you? Because in life you will face obstacles and challenges that will press and push you to extreme limit or out of measure to a breaking point [in despair of life, according to Apostle Paul]. These things happens in other to make you change course; but stand thou resolute.  Jesus said, persecutions will arise for the Word sake.  In Matthew 26:39, Jesus was praying "... O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt." While on the cross, Jesus cried out, "... My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"  Well..., the Father didn't go anywhere, but the heat of the situation(s) make it look that way.  Enroute the promise land, there are a lot of obstacles; there is nothing easy about it. Sure the Devil makes it d...

Extremely Blessed!

A gift is as a precious stone in the eyes of him that hath it: whithersoever it turneth, it prospereth. – Proverbs 17:8 If I could give you a gift this Christmas, the Word is what I'd give you. I'd rather give it to you than a check for a million dollars. Because you can run through a million dollars real quick, but the truth of God's Word never quits—and it will get you out of situations a million dollars can't get you out of. Ken and I are just ordinary people. But when we latched on to God's Word, we latched on to something out of the ordinary, something that changed our lives. Every area of our lives. Nothing that's happened to us has happened because of us. It's happened because of God's Word. In fact, I don't even have to know you to promise you this: If you'll give God's Word your full attention—and not be afraid of His will for your life—you're going to be happier and more prosperous than anything you could ever dream up. O...
