Dissolve That Doubt

For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.- Genesis 3:5.

The first thing the devil will always approach a person with, is to make them doubt their place in God. From the above text, the words "... and ye shall be as gods,..." opened the door for every other thing to fall in. Realize that, man was created in the image and likeness of God Almighty {Genesis 1:26}. So, man is already as gods. But was not given the ability to be judge. Because God Almighty is the Judge! That is His office {Hebrews 12:23}. Man was not given the knowledge to know good and evil for one reason, having that knowledge would mean you have to pass judgment at some point, to whom do you want to pass judgment? On fellow man? From the original creation no man have dominion over another {this is another topic}.
We look also at the temptation of Jesus Christ, in Luke 4:3, the scripture says,
"And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread."
Notice the word "... If thou be the Son of God,..." before you command the stone to bread, do you have doubt about your personality or authority?
We can go on and on, but reflect on the above.
Settle it today, because it is the same trick the devil have been using and is using it, today. He will put doubts in your mind, like... What make you think God will answer your prayer? Or what make you think He has answer your prayer?
You, however have to decide on whom you believe?

Looking forward to seeing you walking in the victory.

Jesus is Lord!

Press In

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly.... – Colossians 3:16 Things in this old world aren't getting any better, and in recent times, the Holy Spirit has been speaking an urgent message to my heart. He's been saying, Press in. Draw in to a more intimate relationship with your heavenly Father. If you don't, you won't make it. If you do, you will see more glorious outpourings of God than you can imagine. That message isn't just for me. It's also for you—and for every other believer on the earth today. We are in the last of the last days of this age. Jesus is coming soon. It's an exciting time, but it's also a dangerous time. Those who don't do what the Spirit says, who don't press in to the Lord, are going to go from disaster to disaster. But those who do will defeat the disasters and turn them into glory, in Jesus' Name! Your first step in drawing closer to God is to realize that you know God first in His Word. Time spent meditating i...

SETTLED SOUL

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2 The state of one's mind [ soul ] determines his/her place in destiny. In life people are forced to bow to pair pressure or any other kind of pressure when they don't have a stable mind, or let's say the person have identity issue.  When Satan tempted Christ Jesus on His way from the wilderness after forty days prayer and fasting, what was the first question he asked Him? "if thou be the Son of God" if Jesus had had identity issue, he would have fallen for temptation in the view to show off, as a result lost His place and purpose. Knowing fully well that God had said, "... Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased." Lk. 3:22. Before embarking on the wilderness expenditure.  When you know who you are in the Word of God and are established in it; you wouldn't bow to the pressure of the world, because you see things differently....

BE RESOLUTE

For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. John 6:38 If you need to, you may; examine yourself and see, can the above statement be true of you or about you? Because in life you will face obstacles and challenges that will press and push you to extreme limit or out of measure to a breaking point [in despair of life, according to Apostle Paul]. These things happens in other to make you change course; but stand thou resolute.  Jesus said, persecutions will arise for the Word sake.  In Matthew 26:39, Jesus was praying "... O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt." While on the cross, Jesus cried out, "... My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"  Well..., the Father didn't go anywhere, but the heat of the situation(s) make it look that way.  Enroute the promise land, there are a lot of obstacles; there is nothing easy about it. Sure the Devil makes it d...
