Hold onto Your Crown



Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. 
- Revelation 3:11

I believe everyone have a unique assignment on earth, which we have a duty to discover.
Our purpose is not hid from us, it is hidden for us. Once the purpose have been discovered, we have yet the responsibility to guard it from being lost, else we become unfit for His Kingdom.
Purpose does not consist on things, however, discovering of purpose bring things(Matthew 6:33). We saw example in Judas Iscariot.
Jesus Christ had more than twelve persons with him, but twelve were chosen as disciples.
Judas didn't value his office/place, rather, materialism instead. See Acts 1:16-26.

Matthias was chosen to take Judas's place and crown. He has being with them from the very beginning, but wasn't chosen initially, Acts 1:21-22, says,
"Wherefore of these men which have companied with us all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us, Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection."

Hold fast that which you have, many are lined up waiting for you to fall-off; if this happened is entirely your fault.

May the grace of God keep us all in His perfect will for us, in Jesus name, Amen!

Before embarking on the wilderness expenditure.  When you know who you are in the Word of God and are established in it; you wouldn't bow to the pressure of the world, because you see things differently....

PROSPER

 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2. The mind consist of one's will, intellect and emotions; which is the soul of man. At salvation the spirit of man; which is also referred to as the heart gets quickened or made alive (But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible,... ) 1 Peter 3:4  The heart is saved, the soul is not. You [we] have a duty to save our soul; and it has to be done through studying the word and meditating upon the word, that's when the transformation of mind/soul begins. Romans 12:2  "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your MIND, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." As you spend more time in the Word of God; like a mirror you beginning to see your true identity from it. This is the reason we are admonished to study the Word of God.
