Goodnews

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor;...
 - Luke 4:18.

God desire is for everyone to be saved, because with salvation comes the blessing. The blessing includes; health, deliverance, vision (sight), freedom (liberty of spirit), etc. This is goodnews!

Gospel means "good news." It's to proclaims tidings of deliverance. Or glad tidings of good things.

The poor man today thinks more money will get him out of his/her predicament. Well, more money and much more money will lead to a cursed life, without God and without the right mentality. Proverbs 23:7 says, "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:..."
The reason Jesus Christ came to preach the glad tidings, which is gospel to the poor, this is to first change man's mentality enabling him to see himself as God sees him, not as situations and circumstances have painted him to be.

A man status will change when he begin to see himself the way God sees him. It's only with adequate knowledge of our personality in Christ, that the blessing of God begin to manifest in the life of an individual. Everything we puts their hands, begins to prosper, every little effort begins to yield outstanding breakthroughs and results, because of the knowledge of our identity in Him.
The gospel brings the blessing; in the blessing there is protection, health, wealth and every good thing you can imagine. It is the blessing that make rich and add no sorrow with it, Proverbs 10:22.

Someone said, "it's better to be steady and sure, than be fast and fall." I think this statement is true, more so, God is not slow, He is always on time, if we yield to Him.

Revelation 5:12 says,
... Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
Christ received these, for the redeemed not Himself.

Walking in the blessing, is a sure way to be a blessing.

Have a fruitful week, in Jesus name!

Jesus is Lord!

Choose To Forgive

"And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors... For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:" Matt. 6:12;14. The Scripture admonish us to forgive not just debts, offenses, etc. In Isa. 43:25 God had to forgave us for His own sake, meaning each time we have unforgiveness in our heart, it limit the flow of the anointing which is the power of God at work in us. Many think they are perfect, but non is perfect and sinless before God, except by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ, which is by grace. 1 John 1:8 "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us." it does not matter the personality, not even Peter, James and John could claim righteousness without Jesus Christ and the blood. So we don't have examples to pattern after except Jesus Christ, He is the RIGHTEOUS (1John 2:1). We must be mindful, man will always want to make himself the pattern for others to follow after, like ...

The Needful or Obvious Pt.1

And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. - Luke 10:41-42. Nobody just happened, we are created for specific purpose. Everybody cannot be head, or leg, or hand etc., each and everyone most identify their place and stay there, thus makeup the body system. The leg cannot say the hand is not performing its functions adequately, as a result, he will take its functions over. The leg would be led by the obvious and abuse its own purpose instead, why? He was not created to perform the function of the hand. When these things are properly understood, it will help us to gain speed towards the fulfillment of our purpose. Everyone will give account of his or her stewardship, when the time comes, what will be your report, when all that you have been doing is the obvious(somebody else's assignment), and ignoring yours or ...

SETTLED SOUL

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2 The state of one's mind [ soul ] determines his/her place in destiny. In life people are forced to bow to pair pressure or any other kind of pressure when they don't have a stable mind, or let's say the person have identity issue.  When Satan tempted Christ Jesus on His way from the wilderness after forty days prayer and fasting, what was the first question he asked Him? "if thou be the Son of God" if Jesus had had identity issue, he would have fallen for temptation in the view to show off, as a result lost His place and purpose. Knowing fully well that God had said, "... Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased." Lk. 3:22. Before embarking on the wilderness expenditure.  When you know who you are in the Word of God and are established in it; you wouldn't bow to the pressure of the world, because you see things differently....
