Do Not Faint!

Yea, they spake against God; they said, Can God furnish a table in the wilderness? Behold, he smote the rock, that the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed; can he give bread also? can he provide flesh for his people? - Psalm 78:19-20 I actually think their complaining was beyond food, but the uncertainty of the future. They did trust God enough for the abundant life they want and have been promise them. The thought of moving from one place to another, with obstacles on their way, eating manna all their life becloud their reasoning, after they have failed the initial test, when 10 out the 12 persons sent to spy Canaan land brought back an evil report. Remember, there was no case that it has happened this way to any group of individuals before, except stories and promises. Remember Reverence

Jesus said, “Were not ten healed? Where are the nine? Can none be found to come back and give glory to God except this outsider?” Then he said to him, “Get up. On your way. But Hannah had none at the time, Peninnah continued to provoke Hannah sore to make her fret, 1 Samuel 1:6. So, Hannah went into the temple to pray for a change of status, (for her heart was grieved by consistent provocation from her mate). She made a vow and asked for a specific request, 'a man child' . After which she continue to groan in the spirit as it were, because the scripture said about her, only her lips moved, but her words were not heard. Therefore, the Priest (Eli) thought she was drunk. She however stated that she was only pouring out her heart to God because of her desperation for a change of status. 1 Samuel 1:15. Thereafter the Priest blessed her. She received the words of blessing, settle it within herself and went her way, ate lavishly from that moment onward a...
