Fruitful giving

And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live.
- Deuteronomy 8:3.

Everything start and end with words. our words should be set to accomplish something at every point. Our givings, offering or gifts, it shouldn't be some sort of religious activity, but with cautiousness and sense of commitment that we are doing it as unto the Lord God and not unto man. Even though men will receive it from us here.

I believe all our giving should be done as an act of obedience and more so, acknowledging Him as the ultimate source, that we are in a privileged position to be on the giving side, as an act of grace and not by our works. If need be we should take time to write the words to speak or proclaim to the offering carefully before offering it or them, Deuteronomy 26:1-15.

It's not the amount that please God, it's the heart of gratitude in acknowledging Him as our source, this is what makes room for higher levels of increase, Malachi 3:10. This is expressed with the words of our mouth that comes from a sincere heart.
Deuteronomy 8:18 says,
"But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day."

Words without corresponding action amount to nothing, giving without love as a motivation is nothing, both are void without understanding. Our expression of genuine love is coupled with giving, this is the highest expression, that there is, John 3:16. It all expressed with words.

Have a fruitful week, in Jesus name!

Jesus is Lord!

Choose To Forgive

"And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors... For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:" Matt. 6:12;14. The Scripture admonish us to forgive not just debts, offenses, etc. In Isa. 43:25 God had to forgave us for His own sake, meaning each time we have unforgiveness in our heart, it limit the flow of the anointing which is the power of God at work in us. Many think they are perfect, but non is perfect and sinless before God, except by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ, which is by grace. 1 John 1:8 "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us." it does not matter the personality, not even Peter, James and John could claim righteousness without Jesus Christ and the blood. So we don't have examples to pattern after except Jesus Christ, He is the RIGHTEOUS (1John 2:1). We must be mindful, man will always want to make himself the pattern for others to follow after, like ...

The Needful or Obvious Pt.1

And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. - Luke 10:41-42. Nobody just happened, we are created for specific purpose. Everybody cannot be head, or leg, or hand etc., each and everyone most identify their place and stay there, thus makeup the body system. The leg cannot say the hand is not performing its functions adequately, as a result, he will take its functions over. The leg would be led by the obvious and abuse its own purpose instead, why? He was not created to perform the function of the hand. When these things are properly understood, it will help us to gain speed towards the fulfillment of our purpose. Everyone will give account of his or her stewardship, when the time comes, what will be your report, when all that you have been doing is the obvious(somebody else's assignment), and ignoring yours or ...

SETTLED SOUL

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2 The state of one's mind [ soul ] determines his/her place in destiny. In life people are forced to bow to pair pressure or any other kind of pressure when they don't have a stable mind, or let's say the person have identity issue.  When Satan tempted Christ Jesus on His way from the wilderness after forty days prayer and fasting, what was the first question he asked Him? "if thou be the Son of God" if Jesus had had identity issue, he would have fallen for temptation in the view to show off, as a result lost His place and purpose. Knowing fully well that God had said, "... Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased." Lk. 3:22. Before embarking on the wilderness expenditure.  When you know who you are in the Word of God and are established in it; you wouldn't bow to the pressure of the world, because you see things differently....
