VICTORY WITH THE BLESSING

How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up?

Deuteronomy 32:30

The above statement is a question as you may have noticed. But it's common for most people to quote it this way today, "one shall chase a thousand and two shall put ten thousand to flight". Do you know why this is common, as against the original text which is a question? It does not put any or much responsibility on them, the original text does, because it means you have to ponder on it, then make certain decisions.

James 2:20 says,

"But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?"

The work in the main text is how to secure the presence of God. Hence it will only take the presence of God to shutoff your enemy. It'd requires you making a quality decision to walk in obedience to God, only then can one chase a thousand and two put ten thousand to flight. In the area where two or more people are involve, if there is disunity, you can be certain that God wouldn't be there. The work there is to be in harmony with God at all junction, be it an individual or group; this is a command.

The Word of God is His commandment.

John 14:15,21 says,

"If ye love me, keep my commandments. [21] He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him."

You see, people want the blessing of God, but want to live a life of disobedience. This is the reason for struggles in life.

People have different definition of the term struggle. Permit me to explain in simple term; when you earn so much and can only do very little with it, and someone else is earning way less, but does much with the little, then you know someone is against the tide, due to the absence of the blessing.

The blessing accompany the presence of God. With the blessing, you can always do so much with very little, and it'd multiply overtime (Proverbs 10:22).

Jesus is Lord!

Press In

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly.... – Colossians 3:16 Things in this old world aren't getting any better, and in recent times, the Holy Spirit has been speaking an urgent message to my heart. He's been saying, Press in. Draw in to a more intimate relationship with your heavenly Father. If you don't, you won't make it. If you do, you will see more glorious outpourings of God than you can imagine. That message isn't just for me. It's also for you—and for every other believer on the earth today. We are in the last of the last days of this age. Jesus is coming soon. It's an exciting time, but it's also a dangerous time. Those who don't do what the Spirit says, who don't press in to the Lord, are going to go from disaster to disaster. But those who do will defeat the disasters and turn them into glory, in Jesus' Name! Your first step in drawing closer to God is to realize that you know God first in His Word. The Needful or Obvious Pt.1

And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. - Luke 10:41-42. Nobody just happened, we are created for specific purpose. Everybody cannot be head, or leg, or hand etc., each and everyone most identify their place and stay there, thus makeup the body system. The leg cannot say the hand is not performing its functions adequately, as a result, he will take its functions over. The leg would be led by the obvious and abuse its own purpose instead, why? He was not created to perform the function of the hand. When these things are properly understood, it will help us to gain speed towards the fulfillment of our purpose. Everyone will give account of his or her stewardship, when the time comes, what will be your report, when all that you have been doing is the obvious(somebody else's assignment), and ignoring yours or ...
