Where You Standing?

Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
Romans 10:1-2

These are the words of Paul the Apostle. In Acts 7:54-60, when Stephen was killed, Paul (then Saul) was the young man's whose feet, those that stoned Stephen kept their clothes, he was a witness to Stephen murder.
Then, Stephen prayed this prayer, "Lay not this sin to their charge." which gave the Holy Spirit authority to move into action, because someone will have to replace Stephen. So, Saul (Paul) was picked from those there. Why Paul? I don't claim to know the entire reason(s), one of many reasons is that he have a genuine zeal toward God, but was on the wrong side. Why didn't God picked one of those that actually stoned Stephen?
They are children of belial! they are murderous! Their feet is too quick to shed blood! their conscience is seared! And they are judgemental, see Matthew 23:29-36., also they may have gone passed the place of redemption.
"Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him." 1John 3:15.
Saul could have joined in on the stoning, but he didn't. Why? I guess when we see him, only him can answer that... Hallelujah!
I felt it didn't go down well with him about it, even though he went about convicting Christians, he didn't take part in the actual act of stoning.
I believe, it's one of the reason he was called into the office he later occupied.

So, when he is saying they are not serving God according to knowledge, he knows what he is talking about.
There are a lot of people doing one thing or the other, thinking it is for God, but in real sense it is against Him.

I pray that from today, God will continue to uphold you to remain on the right path always, by the help of the Holy Spirit, in Jesus name!

Have a fruitful week, in Jesus name!

Jesus is Lord!

Press In

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly.... – Colossians 3:16 Things in this old world aren't getting any better, and in recent times, the Holy Spirit has been speaking an urgent message to my heart. He's been saying, Press in. Draw in to a more intimate relationship with your heavenly Father. If you don't, you won't make it. If you do, you will see more glorious outpourings of God than you can imagine. That message isn't just for me. It's also for you—and for every other believer on the earth today. We are in the last of the last days of this age. Jesus is coming soon. It's an exciting time, but it's also a dangerous time. Those who don't do what the Spirit says, who don't press in to the Lord, are going to go from disaster to disaster. But those who do will defeat the disasters and turn them into glory, in Jesus' Name! Your first step in drawing closer to God is to realize that you know God first in His Word. Time spent meditating i...
In the world(unsaved) system, we work harder…and harder…and still fall behind. If we do find a way to get ahead, we pay a high price for it by sacrificing time in God’s WORD, our family relationships or our health. While the figures in our bankbooks tell us we’re getting richer, in reality we’re becoming poorer. That’s the way the world’s economic system works. One way or another, there’s always sorrow with it because it’s under the curse.  As believers, however, we are no longer under that curse! Jesus has redeemed us from it. We don’t have to earn a living with our sweat and toil. THE BLESSING makes us rich. Unlike the world, we aren’t BLESSED because we’re rich, we are rich because we’re BLESSED!. SETTLED SOUL

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2 The state of one's mind [ soul ] determines his/her place in destiny. In life people are forced to bow to pair pressure or any other kind of pressure when they don't have a stable mind, or let's say the person have identity issue.  When Satan tempted Christ Jesus on His way from the wilderness after forty days prayer and fasting, what was the first question he asked Him? "if thou be the Son of God" if Jesus had had identity issue, he would have fallen for temptation in the view to show off, as a result lost His place and purpose. Knowing fully well that God had said, "... Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased." Lk. 3:22. Before embarking on the wilderness expenditure.  When you know who you are in the Word of God and are established in it; you wouldn't bow to the pressure of the world, because you see things differently....
