God Desire Our Greatness.

Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:

- Genesis 12:1

When God asked Abram(before his name became Abraham) to depart from his father's house, don’t think it was a easy decision, because it's not. Here we see a seventy-five years old man; take a decision to leave everything, including inheritance and relatives behind to no-certain destination; except, that God told him, He would show him as he go. Prior to this, there is no example that he can make reference to that have done same. If you don't think he was mocked, think again. But, in chapter thirteen verse two the scripture said, "And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold."
God may not speak to you to depart as recorded in Genesis 12:1. Yet, He's speaks through the Bible, Pastor's and through other medium to make Jesus the Lord of your life. If you are open to the study; that's what, God told Abram; give me you life and let me do something with it.

Everyone that makes this choice, get mocked at one point or another. But, it's a choice you have to consciously make. Jesus speaking in Mark 8:38 said,
"Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels."

God is saying to you today, get thee out of your sinful ways, quit your sinful habits(these are what Abrams', father's house and kindred represents) and come to me, let me beautify, honour and make your name great, Genesis 12:2.

God is saying, you may not know how it's going to turn-out. But, trust in me to lead you, trust in my love for you, 1 John 4:16.
And in Luke 12:32 He said,
"Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom."
The land God has promised us, is in Christ, no man can access it without His Son, Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 5:17-18
"[17]Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
[18]And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ,... "

Know Him today, be at rest, be at peace and enjoy the blessed life.

Jesus is Lord!

Press In

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly.... – Colossians 3:16 Things in this old world aren't getting any better, and in recent times, the Holy Spirit has been speaking an urgent message to my heart. He's been saying, Press in. Draw in to a more intimate relationship with your heavenly Father. If you don't, you won't make it. If you do, you will see more glorious outpourings of God than you can imagine. That message isn't just for me. It's also for you—and for every other believer on the earth today. We are in the last of the last days of this age. Jesus is coming soon. It's an exciting time, but it's also a dangerous time. Those who don't do what the Spirit says, who don't press in to the Lord, are going to go from disaster to disaster. But those who do will defeat the disasters and turn them into glory, in Jesus' Name! Your first step in drawing closer to God is to realize that you know God first in His Word. Time spent meditating i...
In the world(unsaved) system, we work harder…and harder…and still fall behind. If we do find a way to get ahead, we pay a high price for it by sacrificing time in God’s WORD, our family relationships or our health. While the figures in our bankbooks tell us we’re getting richer, in reality we’re becoming poorer. That’s the way the world’s economic system works. One way or another, there’s always sorrow with it because it’s under the curse.  As believers, however, we are no longer under that curse! Jesus has redeemed us from it. We don’t have to earn a living with our sweat and toil. THE BLESSING makes us rich. Unlike the world, we aren’t BLESSED because we’re rich, we are rich because we’re BLESSED!. SETTLED SOUL

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2 The state of one's mind [ soul ] determines his/her place in destiny. In life people are forced to bow to pair pressure or any other kind of pressure when they don't have a stable mind, or let's say the person have identity issue.  When Satan tempted Christ Jesus on His way from the wilderness after forty days prayer and fasting, what was the first question he asked Him? "if thou be the Son of God" if Jesus had had identity issue, he would have fallen for temptation in the view to show off, as a result lost His place and purpose. Knowing fully well that God had said, "... Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased." Lk. 3:22. Before embarking on the wilderness expenditure.  When you know who you are in the Word of God and are established in it; you wouldn't bow to the pressure of the world, because you see things differently....
