Faith Life

And Israel said unto Joseph, Behold, I die: but God shall be with you, and bring you again unto the land of your fathers.
- Genesis 48:21

Living a life of faith, would mean that one has made a quality decision to live trusting God, till transition. You say with absolute conviction that certain mountains would move, believing it would, no matter what. Mark 11:23.

The only way I believe faith will not work for an individual, is when he decide to try faith out. Most time it is faith that ends up trying the individual, and obviously he/she will fail.
In Hebrews 11:29
"By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying(means attempting, trying) to do were drowned."
Here we see that Moses and the Israelite stepped out in faith to cross the Red sea on a dry land, by obedience. Whereas the Egyptians tried to do same, drowned.

God is not on trial, we must make a quality decision to believe God, no matter what.
The Bible says in Hebrews 11:6
"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."
It must be decisive, not a condition.
Also, in Hebrews 11:22
"By faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones."
It was a concluded case with him, that the Israelite would depart from Egypt and said, when you are leaving take my bones along with you, it's settled as far as he is concerned.

Both Israel and Joseph made a statement of faith and it came to pass. Because, they believe it would come to pass.
These men have no assurance (Bible, 'the more sure word of prophecy' 2 Peter 1:19) like we do today. Once they said it, they believe it, it came to pass, because they believed God.

Faith is believing, even before we see it. As long as it is in the will of God; which is the Bible.
Isaiah 34:16,
"Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them."

Have a favored fill week, and stay blessed

Press In

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly.... – Colossians 3:16 Things in this old world aren't getting any better, and in recent times, the Holy Spirit has been speaking an urgent message to my heart. He's been saying, Press in. Draw in to a more intimate relationship with your heavenly Father. If you don't, you won't make it. If you do, you will see more glorious outpourings of God than you can imagine. That message isn't just for me. It's also for you—and for every other believer on the earth today. We are in the last of the last days of this age. Jesus is coming soon. It's an exciting time, but it's also a dangerous time. Those who don't do what the Spirit says, who don't press in to the Lord, are going to go from disaster to disaster. But those who do will defeat the disasters and turn them into glory, in Jesus' Name! Your first step in drawing closer to God is to realize that you know God first in His Word. Time spent meditating i...
In the world(unsaved) system, we work harder…and harder…and still fall behind. If we do find a way to get ahead, we pay a high price for it by sacrificing time in God’s WORD, our family relationships or our health. While the figures in our bankbooks tell us we’re getting richer, in reality we’re becoming poorer. That’s the way the world’s economic system works. One way or another, there’s always sorrow with it because it’s under the curse.  As believers, however, we are no longer under that curse! Jesus has redeemed us from it. We don’t have to earn a living with our sweat and toil. THE BLESSING makes us rich. Unlike the world, we aren’t BLESSED because we’re rich, we are rich because we’re BLESSED!. SETTLED SOUL

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2 The state of one's mind [ soul ] determines his/her place in destiny. In life people are forced to bow to pair pressure or any other kind of pressure when they don't have a stable mind, or let's say the person have identity issue.  When Satan tempted Christ Jesus on His way from the wilderness after forty days prayer and fasting, what was the first question he asked Him? "if thou be the Son of God" if Jesus had had identity issue, he would have fallen for temptation in the view to show off, as a result lost His place and purpose. Knowing fully well that God had said, "... Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased." Lk. 3:22. Before embarking on the wilderness expenditure.  When you know who you are in the Word of God and are established in it; you wouldn't bow to the pressure of the world, because you see things differently....
