This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. To every believer, (I mean the redeemed) Christ Jesus is ever present and ready to help. But how we engage Him determines our breakthrough and placement in life. In Mark 4:37-39, Christ was in the ship, yet when great storm arose, everyone in the ship was suffering, labouring and living a life of uncertainty. But when Peter remembered Jesus is in the ship, he (Peter) engage Him (Jesus) and they experienced peace. That Jesus is in your business, home, finance, family, health etc. Doesn't mean storms won't arise, but we have a duty to remember the master of storms "Jesus" and engage him to calm the storms we are confronted with. Having the knowledge that Christ is with us at all time, empowers us to live above life situations and circumstances forever, all we need do is engage him. Jesus is Lord forever! Ye cannot serve God and mammon. – Matthew 6:24 God isn’t against your having money. He’s against money having you. He’s against your making it your priority and putting your trust in it instead of in Him. Why? Because He knows money makes a lousy god. Its power is limited. It will only buy so much. It will only go so far. If you need healing from an incurable disease, money won’t help you at all. If your family is falling apart, money won’t mend it. But if you’ll seek God first, His prosperity will reach into every area of your life. God is so generous that He desires you to have the best on this earth, just as you desire the best for your children. His plan is for you to have all of your needs met according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Get in on that plan by keeping your priorities straight. ...

And now, friends, we ask you to honor those leaders who work so hard for you, who have been given the responsibility of urging and guiding you along in your obedience. Overwhelm them with appreciation and love! Get along among yourselves, each of you doing your part. Our counsel is that you warn the freeloaders to get a move on. Gently encourage the stragglers, and reach out for the exhausted, pulling them to their feet. Be patient with each person, attentive to individual needs. And be careful that when you get on each other’s nerves you don’t snap at each other. This is my life work: helping people understand and respond to this Message. It came as a sheer gift to me, a real surprise, God handling all the details.
