Victory Of Sin

Do you know that Jesus already paid the price for the sins of every person under heaven? Yes, He has!
He die for the world, not just for some selected few, but the whole world, John 3:16. You might say, you mean to tell me He died for the worst gangster, murderer, prostitute as well, yes he did! He paid for their sins as well. Although it is free gift to all, but only those that accept this gift, gets to enjoy its benefits.
You may ask again, how can one be close to God, when the urge to commit crime is always active in you?
Jesus did not come to save the self  righteous, but sinners unto repentance. It's only when you're in Christ Jesus, listening to His Word, studying the Word of God, and in constant fellowship with Him, that the taste for sin will cool-off, its a gradual possess.

Many think, you have to stop sinning first before you can come to Jesus, that will never happen. It's by coming to Jesus, that you receive the grace that empower you to live above sin, as the nature of God begin to manifest in the life of the individual.
The desire to go back to the old ways will always present itself, but if one gives more attention to the Word of God, in constant fellowship and by meditation on the word, in your private time, as well as service days, you will be alright.

Man is made righteous, cleansed, holy, by the blood of Jesus. Our righteousness is of God through Christ Jesus. There's nothing anyone can do naturally, to obtain righteousness, holiness or be cleansed.
Just let the word of God dwell richly in your heart, walk in love and you'll be alright; IT'S ALL BY GRACE.

Jesus is Lord!

SETTLED SOUL

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2 The state of one's mind [ soul ] determines his/her place in destiny. In life people are forced to bow to pair pressure or any other kind of pressure when they don't have a stable mind, or let's say the person have identity issue.  When Satan tempted Christ Jesus on His way from the wilderness after forty days prayer and fasting, what was the first question he asked Him? "if thou be the Son of God" if Jesus had had identity issue, he would have fallen for temptation in the view to show off, as a result lost His place and purpose. Knowing fully well that God had said, "... Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased." Lk. 3:22. Before embarking on the wilderness expenditure.  When you know who you are in the Word of God and are established in it; you wouldn't bow to the pressure of the world, because you see things differently....

BE RESOLUTE

For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. John 6:38 If you need to, you may; examine yourself and see, can the above statement be true of you or about you? Because in life you will face obstacles and challenges that will press and push you to extreme limit or out of measure to a breaking point [in despair of life, according to Apostle Paul]. These things happens in other to make you change course; but stand thou resolute.  Jesus said, persecutions will arise for the Word sake.  In Matthew 26:39, Jesus was praying "... O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt." While on the cross, Jesus cried out, "... My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"  Well..., the Father didn't go anywhere, but the heat of the situation(s) make it look that way.  Enroute the promise land, there are a lot of obstacles; there is nothing easy about it. Sure the Devil makes it d...

Extremely Blessed!

A gift is as a precious stone in the eyes of him that hath it: whithersoever it turneth, it prospereth. – Proverbs 17:8 If I could give you a gift this Christmas, the Word is what I'd give you. I'd rather give it to you than a check for a million dollars. Because you can run through a million dollars real quick, but the truth of God's Word never quits—and it will get you out of situations a million dollars can't get you out of. Ken and I are just ordinary people. But when we latched on to God's Word, we latched on to something out of the ordinary, something that changed our lives. Every area of our lives. Nothing that's happened to us has happened because of us. It's happened because of God's Word. In fact, I don't even have to know you to promise you this: If you'll give God's Word your full attention—and not be afraid of His will for your life—you're going to be happier and more prosperous than anything you could ever dream up. O...
