No man light a fire on a fresh branch of tree and expect it to burn. Jesus is the vine {the tree of life}, everyone that is redeemed is a branch of the tree {Vine}, as long as the redeemed remain in the vine, he/she is connected to life. But, if it be broken off, life stop flowing through to the branch and the branch starts dying. Then, they gathered up, to be used for burn fire. Remain in the Vine, so you don't end up in the fire. Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.  - James 2:17.  Every blessing from God will always require responsibility on our part, to take full delivery of the blessing. Even though it's a gift, we must play our part for its fulfillment, eg., salvation, you believe in your heart, good; but, it requires saying it with your mouth to receive it! It is a work of faith! "This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." Joshua 1:8. Every object, they say, attain a state of rest, until relevant force is applied. All we need to do to allow darkness in, is do nothing. You step into a dark room, you must apply a force to switch on the light. If you want a change to the existing situation in the room, erstwhile remain in darkness. we know how frustrating it can be working without light. "As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world." - John 9:5 Jesus is the head of the church, the church is the body of Jesus. They are one. The number of fake churches does discard the fact that there are genuine ones. There are fake hospitals and doctors too, it doesn't stop you from visiting one, when you have health issues. There are fake drugs, it still does not stop your patronage. As long as there are churches in the world, the church is the light of the world. Locate one and walk in the light.
