Trust In His Word


"And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side." - Mark 4:35.

Jesus said to His disciples let us go to the other side. They have 'His Word', because He "upholding all things by the Word of his power," Heb. 1:3. But, when storm arose they feared.
The situation you are confronted with may look impossible and some heights unattainable, just be steadfast in Him through His word, it will surely turn for a testimony for you, "if", you faint not. Hab. 2:3.
However, we must understand the time and season; when you are going in circles, you should be sensitive to know the move of God. Move when He say move, so as not to be left behind.
The Israelite knew they were to stay in Egypt for four hundred years, when it looks like help was not coming forth, they cried to God and He answered. We must also be very sensitive to the timing of God, so as not to be waiting and wasting, when we are suppose to be free and victorious.
Reading further; the disciples called on him, when they were overwhelmed by the impending danger they found themselves; Mark 4:39 says "... He arose, and rebuked... and there was a great calm." in Him we have peace, rest and He has given unto every believer the same power to do likewise. Luke 10:19 "Behold, I give unto you power... " all we need is to bank/trust in His name.
I see every mountain overturn now by the roots, in Jesus name!

Knowing fully well that God had said, "... Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased." Lk. 3:22. Before embarking on the wilderness expenditure.  When you know who you are in the Word of God and are established in it; you wouldn't bow to the pressure of the world, because you see things differently....

PROSPER

 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2. The mind consist of one's will, intellect and emotions; which is the soul of man. At salvation the spirit of man; which is also referred to as the heart gets quickened or made alive (But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible,... ) 1 Peter 3:4  The heart is saved, the soul is not. You [we] have a duty to save our soul; and it has to be done through studying the word and meditating upon the word, that's when the transformation of mind/soul begins. Romans 12:2  "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your MIND, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." As you spend more time in the Word of God; like a mirror you beginning to see your true identity from it. This is the reason we are admonished to study the Word of God. BE WISE.

  Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. Ephesians 5:17 God, at different times and in so many ways have tried and still trying to let us know what His will for us is (He never gives up on us) . Same way the devil is endeavouring to distract us from God's purpose for our life through various medium. There is a saying, when purpose of a thing is not known, the abuse of the thing is certain. Using a toddler for an example. He/she have no clue what a remote control to a television is, if they found one. They can drop it a bowl of water if available, and still feels happy about it; simply because they have no idea what it is meant for. But as they grow up their perspective change. Same way, God want us to grow to understand our purpose and His plans for our lives.
