Beloved, I will above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth: -3John2. We must know before God created men He put everything in place that man will ever have need of; water, food/meat etc. Then in Gen.1:28. after he created man He(God) released/command the blessing upon man saying "be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over ..." so God created man to live a prosperous life and to lack nothing on the earth. But, man was deceived and handled all the dominion and so on... over to satan, thereby making satan the god of this world. 2Cor.4:4. We must understand that man was originally the god of this world because God handled it to man; man in turn handled it over to satan, through deception and tricks, all the power and glory thereby; which led to the fall of man.
